About Jake Thomas

Jake Thomas is a renaissance man, operating from a foundation of integrity in an industry where fallacies and empty promises run rampant. A unicorn of sorts, Jake views real estate as a vessel which permits him to transmute a passion for personal service into a career of helping people seek out one of the most basic human needs – shelter. Since resigning from Ralph Lauren in the winter of 2017, he has embraced this concrete jungle’s grueling operational tempo and works tirelessly to ensure his clients’ dream living scenarios come true.

Throughout 2021 and 2022,  Jake Thomas spearheaded a personal real estate mission of excellence by brokering and closing over 67 transactions in Miami and New York City. Utilizing a dynamic system that coupled both sales and rentals, he executed a deal every 117 hours. Each opportunity to secure a home for his clients was planned and executed to military perfection, thus enabling such a staggering rate of success.
